This Week's Action: #ProtectProtesters, Protect Our RightsFrom Ferguson to Standing Rock to our airports, Americans are fighting injustice by exercising our fundamental right to protest. Trump’s allies are responding with a wave of bills aimed at silencing us. It’s an attack on our constitutional values. It’s dangerous. And it’s scary as hell with a president who has demonized and encouraged violence against protesters. So we’re demanding our governors publicly commit to vetoing any legislation that threatens protesters and our rights.

They’ve played a leading role at Standing Rock in resisting the Dakota Access Pipeline.
